Pursuant to art. 13 of European Regulation no. 679/2016, you are provided with information relating to the processing of your personal data.

Purpose and legal basis of the processing
The Accommodation Facility, as Data Controller, processes your personal data for the purposes of
- a) Check-in and calculation of the tourist tax
- b) Facilitation of registration procedures for any future stays
- c) Marketing and promotional communications from our premises by email or telephone
For the purposes referred to in letter a) the legal basis of the processing is art. 6 paragraph 1 letter b) of the Regulation (contractual obligations).
For the purposes referred to in letters b) and c) the legal basis of the processing is art. 6 paragraph 1 letter a) of the Regulation (consent of the interested party).
Source of your personal data and mandatory or optional provision of same
Your personal data are collected at the time of registration in the Accommodation Facility. The provision of data for the purposes referred to in letters b) and c) is optional. For the purposes referred to in letter a), however, provision is mandatory for the stay. Without this information it will not be possible to use our services.
Methods of data processing
In relation to the purposes described, the processing of personal data takes place using manual and IT tools for reasons strictly related to the purposes highlighted above and, in any case, in order to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data.
Data Controllers
The undersigned Accommodation Facility may use third parties for the performance of activities and related processing of personal data of which it maintains ownership. In accordance with the provisions of the law, these subjects ensure levels of experience, ability and reliability such as to guarantee compliance with the current provisions on processing, including compliance with data security.
Subjects authorized to process data
Your personal data are processed by internal personnel previously authorized and designated as authorized data controllers, to whom appropriate instructions are given regarding measures and precautions aimed at the concrete protection of your personal data.
Recipients of personal data
Your personal data collected during the process of registration at this Accommodation Facility are communicated to
– the local authority police service in compliance with the rules referred to in art. 109 R.D 773/1931, L. 121/1981, L. 400/1988, L. 388/1993, Ministerial decree of 5/07/1994, Ministerial decree of 12/07/1996, Ministerial decree of 11/12/2000, Legislative decree 79/2011
Transfer of personal data to non-EU countries
Your personal data is not transferred outside the European Union.
Retention period
Your data are kept for a period not exceeding the time necessary to accomplish the aforementioned purposes. To this end, and also via periodic checks, the strict relevance, non-excess and indispensability of the data with respect to the relationship, service or assignment in progress, to be established or terminated, is constantly verified, also with reference to the data that you provide on your own initiative. Any data that, despite the checks, are found to be excess to needs, irrelevant or not indispensable are not used, except in the case of possible conservation, in accordance with the law, of the act or document that contains them.
Your rights
As an interested party, you have the right:
- to access personal data;
- to obtain the correction or cancellation of the same or restrictions in the processing that concerns you;
- to oppose the processing;
- to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor for the protection of personal data.
