Prices and conditions
➧ Cost for one night: from € 80 to € 240, per night per room, breakfast included
➧ Extra bed added: € 30 per night
➧ Cot/cradle up to 2 years of age: free of charge
➧ Pet supplement only by prior arrangement: € 15 per day
Tourist tax: € 2.50 per person per day, excluding children up to 14 years.
Invoicing: an invoice can be issued on request. We kindly ask you to promptly provide the header data and any other information, otherwise we will be obliged to issue a simple receipt that cannot be cancelled at a later date.
Room availability: 7 double rooms, 1 triple room and 1 quadruple room.
➧ Check-in: 15.30 – 19.00
➧ Check-out: no later than 10.00
If required, different arrival or departure times can be agreed in advance.
Other information
Breakfast is a choice of sweet (typical homemade cakes and pastries) or savoury (local cheeses and hams, salami) from 8:00 to 10:00;
Smoking is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN inside the building and inside the rooms
The room includes: bed linen, towels, shampoo-shower gel and beauty set.
Bed size: double beds 190 cm × 160 cm and 200 cm × 180 cm
Reception Desk Hours: 15:00-18:00; we are always available to answer your questions
Room cleaning: carried out whenever our guests wish, by displaying the ‘Please, make up the room’ tag.
Location: to reach us easily our advice is to arrive in your own car or by taxi. There is a bus stop 200 metres away that connects Agriturismo Corte Rondinella (Farmhouse B&B) to the station and to the centre of Verona.
Payments
A 30% prepayment is required at the time of booking.
We accept the following payment methods:

➧ Credit Card / Debit Card (only on site)
➧ Cash
In case of cancellation at least 7 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be refunded.
Bookings and cancellations
Booking requests through our booking page will be confirmed directly by email.
A deposit made by bank transfer will be required to confirm the booking, the remaining amount to be paid on check-out.
Should guests wish to cancel or modify a booking, please contact us directly. Cancellation will be free up to 7 days before arrival; after this deadline the deposit will not be refunded.
